We use the Australia Post e-Parcel System for delivery of all fragrances purchases. We choose to use this method of delivery as a signature is required upon receipt by you of your fragrance. For this reason we advise that if you are not at home during business hours that you put your work address in the shipping address field in the customer registration form. If you choose not to do this and you are not at home when your fragrance is delivered, a card will be left in your mailbox notifying you that you have a parcel to pick up at your local Post Office.
When shipping your fragrance, we take the utmost of care. Your fragrance will be carefully wrapped and sealed inside a box, so as to minimise any risk of breakage or spillage.
Please allow between 1-6 business days for your fragrance to arrive. The closer your are to us, the quicker your fragrance purchase will be delivered to you. Your items will be shipped within 24-48 hours after your payment has been processed.
Unfortunately, this service is unavailable at the moment for the majority of our products. Most fragrances are classified as Class 3 Dangerous Goods and they must be delivered by road transport only and by a company that is licensed to handle such products.
We are currently investigating alternate methods so that we can offer our customers this service. We will update this page and offer this service through checkout once we have found a suitable carrier who can provide this service.
