Refunds and Returns

Customer satisfaction is of the highest importance to us at Divine Aroma Scent . We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product you may return it for a refund of the price less the shipping fee or for a credit on your account (subject to approval by Divine Aroma Scent). We will also happily exchange your item If it is broken in Transit.


PLEASE NOTE:  You  must  email  us  for  a  product  return  authorisation  number within 14 days of receipt of your product/s. Please follow our return procedure below. 

Conditions:

  • Returned product/s must be unopened and in their original condition, including the original outer packaging to receive a full refund less the shipping cost.
  • Products not returned to us in their original condition and packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • If the product is defective or if we have sent you the wrong product, you will receive a FULL REFUND including your postage costs to return the item to us.
  • Refunds and credits will be processed upon receipt of your return.
  • A returned product will not be acknowledged by us unless the RA number is included in/on the packaging of the product being returned.


Procedure:
For  a  return,  refund  or  exchange,  please  contact   by  email  or fill out our online webform. Please provide  your  order  number  and   a  detailed  message as to why you will  be returning the fragrance when  contacting  our  customer service team whether it be via the phone or our online webform. After discussing  the issue with you, we will provide you with an RA number that MUST be included with the product that is being returned to us.
